Q&A

Question 1: Does one nutrition plan fit all?

Answer:  No, one nutrition plan does not fit all. Nutritional needs vary greatly among individuals due to factors such as age, gender, activity level, metabolism, health conditions, and personal preferences. What works well for one person may not be suitable for another. This is where we stand out as we customize a plan especially for you based on your body type, lifestyle and your preferences.

Question 2:  Do you have a studio/Clinic?

Answer: Yes, in Breach Candy. We also offer home service as most of our clients prefer that.

Question 3: Do you put us on crash diets ?

Answer: We do not believe in crash diets. Those are all quick fixes. Crash diets are rightfully called this because you are bound to 'crash' emotionally too. Our approach is vedic where we teach the circadian way of life with a holistic approach, train the cells in your body and understand between feeling hungry or just the thought of eating.  We understand and evaluate the physiology and design a plan which is more sustainable without compromising health.
